This initiative, known as "Chicco di Senape", is inspired by Christian values of charity, love and solidarity towards others, regardless of nationality, ethnicity and religion. This project derived from the Christian community of the Parish of Our Lady of Coromoto and set on the territory concrete signs of service to testify, with the works, the Gospel and to provide concrete opportunities for those who want to offer love.

 


 

  
 

The Children’s Home was inaugurated on 29 September 2007. It can host, on a turnover, two families at the same time, and this allows us to help several families each year.

To do this, we created, through intensive promotional activities, a group of volunteers, trained thanks to special courses and regularly updated with training sessions, organized by the Parish and "Chicco di Senape" and held by:  pediatricians, psychologists, experts and volunteers with experience acquired in similar structures.
